NEIL was great and kept us informed along the way of the delivery..He wasn't pushy but gave all the details we would need to make choices of any extra products/insurance we may wish to purchase...We would return to the Salisbury branch if buying another vehicle...
I was able to cancel my appointment , at the last minute, to change it to the very next day which was more convenient for me. I only had to wait an hour for my MOT to be carried out. The waiting area was clean, warm and bright. Everything appeared very efficient.
