The Sales process with AW was great from the initial video to delivery of the car. Unfortunately on arrival there were a few issues with the car, a dead battery in 1 of the keys and bits of rubbish missed during the pre-sale valet showed a lack of attention to detail. But most disappointing was the decent sized chip in the windscreen. This was not disclosed by Snows during the sales process and when I raised the issue they replied to say the chip had to their knowledge been repaired.
