The team was patience and comfort to my five year old that was nervous. Dr Jane explained everything she was doing to his teeth in term he could relate to such as colors. This helped him to be calm.

I was very worried about the appointment. My daughter throws fits, it could have been a nightmare. I told her she was seeing the best tooth doctor in the country. She gave the the oh wow face. I might have been right because she had no issues and was rewarded with Ms Rachel viewing time.
