We hired Josh Spain at Solid 5 Construction last year to build our custom boathouse. Although we were delayed obtaining our building permit by the City of Tyler, Josh worked diligently to get us through the process. His team were very reliable to show up on the project when scheduled and they did a superb job catering to every detail. Josh Spain and his Solid 5 construction crew did a great job with some framing and siding for me recently. The work was done quickly, correctly and at a fair price.
