Beware!!!! They have incompetent people in these clinics who will take your insurance card, scan it in then have you email it. Then you get a letter a YEAR later saying you owe $723 bc they somehow billed the WRONG insurance. This happened to me. I proceeded to provide the same correct insurance twice besides when I provided it in person and emailed it…they sent me to COLLECTIONS!!! All bc of their mistake. Women deserve better than this. I had a routine mammogram at Solis and was later diagnosed with a mass in my right breast. No one called. No one explained. I found out by reading a cold, clinical report in an EMAIL, on my own. Alone. I was also charged $119 for a heart screening called mammo+heart. The results—showing arterial calcifications—were also sent to me in an email with circles on an image showing areas for concern, and still no one called to tell me what it meant OR what to do next. Most rude, unprofessional & unqualified techs. Please don't spend your time and $$ with them. I was verbally attacked by 4 ladies at their 12606 West Houston Center Blvd., Suite 330, May 1st.
Terrible private equity company. Worst patient experience.
Made an appointment at the Denton location. They lost my doctors order and were rude. Not a professional practice at all. Would never go back.
Do yourself a favor book somewhere else, I just received an invoice although I have full preventative coverage. It appears there was no attempt to submit my claim to insurance, when I call 3rd party billing, I hold then it automatically hangs up without ever speaking with someone. When I called Solis, basically they said there was nothing they could do for me. Endless cycle of BS and you wonder why people are so frustrated with the healthcare industry.

The people who worked at the reception today October 9 at 12 pm, Solis 5920 W. Parker Road, Suite 200, Plano, TX 75093 made me wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to come in, they only gave me excuses every time I asked why I hadn't come in, they knew they were 30 minutes late but after that they didn't tell us and tried to offer us that it would be better to come another day, it is very disrespectful that after 30 minutes they don't give us the option and have us waiting without giving us an option.
