Since July 2022 , I have spoken to several representatives from BASH Solis including on Facebook messenger and their billing department is completely incompetent. My insurance has requested medical records since May 2022 and they have yet to receive it. I was assured 6weeks ago it would be taken care of. The hospital and I have been working together since February 7 to get my records. Emails, conference calls, provided FedEx account numbers so it could be overnighted. To date, still no records. Their record keeping regarding mailing your records is incompetent. Their “We Care” motto is a joke.
I went to Solis mammography in Arlington Texas because it is a in network facility with Cigna HMO. They sent my mammogram scans to be read at medical city of Arlington. This was done without my consent or authorization. Medical city of Arlington is an out of network facility at a separate address, and in a separate building! Tomball location- I had a screening mammogram on December 14th and was told on December 21st there was an abnormality. Since then, I’ve had a diagnostic mammogram, ultrasound, and biopsy. Today is February 8th and still don’t know the results of my biopsy. So, I’ve been scared for 7 weeks with very little information and no results. This is not good healthcare.
They do not explain anything before you show up and complete the paperwork. They did not tell me before I got there that I needed to see my PCP in a certain amount of time before getting a mammogram. It resulted in me wasting my entire day.
I just left your Sugar Land location. The receptionist refused to accept me even though I had an appointment. Took a glance at my paper work while shaking her head no, even though my paperwork was correct she denied my appointment which was booked over a month ago. My husband took off work. This was the most unprofessional establishment. I don’t know if the receptionist was racist or lazy but the end result was incompetence.

I have emailed and called about 8 different phone numbers. I have a question about my bill. And once I get the answer, I would like to pay my bill. But I cannot get anybody to talk to me about it. When I call various numbers I just get transferred to a different department or given a different phone number and/or they’ve never heard of Corsicana Solis mammography.

I have used Solis in the past without any problems. I went for my appointment today only to find out that Solis is now out of network with my insurance. I scheduled this appointment over a month ago. Why couldn't someone have told me then. Now I have to start all over at a new place. 😡😡😡
