From scheduling to shit pulling away (no pun intended 🤣), 5 STAR SERVICE! Super special shout out to DANIEL! For 12 yrs I've had to have tank pumped at least every 2 yrs (old, small tank) and EVERY time Ive explained to the guys our issue, and all our neighbors get many more yrs. NEVER has anyone suggested us cleaning out the filter every 6 months, until Daniel rolled up! This was super helpful info and I truly appreciate him. Wishing I would have given him some farm fresh eggs, dang it!
I flip houses and never have purchased one with Septic Tank. I was skeptical but I did because the location is prime. I contacted SOS per some of the neighbors recommendations and their Google reviews. I was in their workers' way fascinating to see how this works. The guys were pleasant and did a good job. The receptionist called me ahead of time and all seemed to be in perfect working order. If I ever need septic services for this property, I would call SOS. Hopefully the next flip is sewer system, ha, ha.
Wonderful service with a smile. Two tanks emptied in one hour. They even took the time to explain where the tanks were, what they do, how often to get them serviced. They left everything looking great.
Just had 2 of their guys out on Christmas Eve!! They drained my grey water tank and we all got down on unclogging the pipe picture #2!! The 2 tech's were great. They knew exactly what they were doing. Thanks for the prompt service on short notice!
Very happy with my service, start to finish. They were professional on the phone, prompt to the appointment, and had no issue replacing the bolts that the last company lost for my tank lid. I opted for the year worth of tank treatment and they explained the schedule and instructions and made sure we understood before they left. Will definitely be using them again
