My appointment was for scheduled oil change and the 15000 My appointment was for scheduled oil change and the 15000 miles maintenance. The appointment took longer than anticipated because the service person forgot to let me know that the car was ready. After four hours I went to look for him an found him chatting with other employees, he said he meant to call me to advise me that the work was done, not good!
