I received exceptional service when I had my Santa Fe I received exceptional service when I had my Santa Fe serviced. The waiting area was very comfortable with lots of snacks and drinks. The staff communicated to me on the progress of the service in a timely manner and informed me on what was needed to be done and the cost. Great experience and friendly staff.

I am happy with what was done. I am happy with what was done. The cost seems high, but that is the way with all dealerships, I guess. I don't know the name of the service department person that worked with me. He did a good job. The name of the person who actually did the work was Ramon Pangilinan. So far everything is working.
