The staff is always great and the service is excellent. The staff is always great and the service is excellent. My only complaint is the time it takes to get my car brought out once service is finished. This time I waited almost 25 minutes to get my car, and the included wash never happened. I'm hoping that the car is ready and waiting when I receive the call that service is complete.
