I was told when I bought the car that I was getting a I was told when I bought the car that I was getting a protection plan that covered everything. Turns out, it covers “everything but maintenance”. I asked how much a maintenance plan was. I guess that was their cue to pull me into an office and try to sell me on a $1200 maintenance plan that goes to 36k miles. What a scam.
