Jack was great. Jack was great. He also had to order a part for a tire hub. After not getting an answer, he invited me to walk with him to physically order the part. Since the dealership is under a heavy reconstruction, I can see why he goes the extra mile to get things done. I went in 2 days back to do a recall item and the part was put on then also. Well done Jack!

The service advisors. The service advisors. We’re good. Two hours seems a little long but they did tell us it would be that long. The waiting area was not very good. Hopefully they complete the revamping of the dealership soon. Be easier to evaluate the waiting area once all the construction is complete.
