I had the car towed to South Bay Hyundai and I called and I had the car towed to South Bay Hyundai and I called and talked with Nicole and told her it was coming. When it arrived at the Dealer she called me and said i will have it diagnose and call you with the results. She was on top of the situation and made it a pleasant experience. She was Excellent!!
Outstanding service department. Outstanding service department. I always bring our two Hyundais here for service because I trust that the correct work is done for a fair price. They provide feedback on the status of the brakes, tires, etc. relative to where they are in their life and when upcoming service may be needed.

All of the service people are friendly and helpful but it was almost impossible to contact anyone in the service department and messages were not returned. We understand parts coming in later than expected but please let the customer know that their car will be there longer than expected.
