Maintenance Technician, Israel, performed those procedures and had the work completed within the expected time frame I'd been given. I was very satisfied.

The staff was helpful and courteous, the The staff was helpful and courteous, the mechanical-related service was fine, but after I noted that I was encountering an error connecting to Blue Link they took the "assume operator error" approach and told me the problem was that I hadn't established a Blue Link account yet. Had they investigated the actual error, they would have found it, which I'm still getting even though I've now established an account (for no reason).
