When she called me to explain what my car needed she didn’t tell me the amount she was telling me was in addition to the estimate she gave me initially. When I came to pick up the car I was in shock with the total owed.

The finance manager forced me into purchasing a extended... The finance manager forced me into purchasing a extended warranty for $1900.00 @16% interest for 60 months. I told him repeatedly that I didn't want the warranty. He told me that it was a requirement to purchase the vehicle. When I asked to cancel the warranty I was threatened with a higher interest rate or return the vehicle if I didn't drop my pursuit to cancel my extended warranty. Not the best experience. 1. Sales person knew of damage to the vehicle while I was signing papers and did not bring it to my attention til the dealership had my signature and my money. I was told the manager said "its a used care what do you expect" when I requested the damage repaired. I also requested detailed documentation of additional warranty I purchased and that was not included in the paper work. I drove over an hour to get there bro been sold three days prior. This is a classic bait and switch dealership. They buy their certified preowned cars from auctions out of state. I got one from Oregon with rust on it.

Service for recall There is no logical or obvious front desk for service and none of them came out to greet me. After I found the office I was not greeted by anyone for at least 5 minutes. once I was finally acknowledged the service experience went well.
