Thank goodness for South Bay Hyundai service center! While running errands on a Saturday afternoon, I first noticed a humming noise when I applied my brakes. . I decided that I should have it looked into right away and drove directly to South Bay Hyundai. The service man told me I needed new brakes even before I said anything to him. They were able to check out my brakes right then and there and install new rear brakes immediately. I left two hours later feeling much safer than when I went in.
I am always disappointed with South Bay Hyundai As always I have something that stands out in my mind. This time when I received my vehicle back I noticed that among other things, there is no windshield sticker listing at what mileage my next service is due.
Small Parts repair and sqeaking brakes Unfortunately I have not been impressed with the sales or service experience. I purchased a certified used 2016 Genesis from your dealership. I felt the salesman was a bit pushy, rushed me and was not happy with the vehicle I decided to choose and therefore I felt the sale was not professional. Pretty Bad - not returning Pretty much from the start I should have known this was doomed. Make an appointment two weeks in advance for a Saturday because my check engine light is on. Roll in that Saturday, I'm told that they don't do that type of service in Saturday's. Roger asked "Who did you make your appointment with? Five wasted hours This was my second visit to South Bay with my 2018 Elantra Sport GT, for a tailgate handle recall and warranty repair on a seat belt problem. On my prior visit (8/13) for an oil change, the rear passenger seat belt was supposedly repaired for 'non-retraction' problem - it was NOT repaired. It took 3 hours for an oil change My sales man promised me he would get me a donut tire, after the sale was final he then told me he couldn't get one. I was so angry. I purchased a spare tire and now I have very little trunk space. He never explained the the car was plan he sold me required me to come to pick up coupons every time I wanted a car wash for 5 years. Poor customer service!!!! The reason for my rating is I email and call in and leave a message to make an appointment for my car to be serviced and never her an email or call back. Terrible customer service. AND my brakes have squeaked since the day I drove my car off your lot. Can't wait to be done with this place. After my 3 years are up for my free oil changes and stuff, I will find elsewhere to go. Keep in mind i drive from orange county to your location. Not worth my gas.
Service was due.....DUHHHHHH I came to get an oil change on July 26. I had made an appointment through the website but wanted to come in earlier to get my oil change done if possible. Lease Called in to get a Hyundai Electra SE. requested a fleet Manager they transferred me to sales representative (Nicole). Told her the price that I have from a broker and wanted her to match or get me a better price. She promised me a lower price and told me that she needs to get my info just in case my credit won't be over 800s.
