Liess Called in to get a Hyundai Electra SE. requested a fleet Manager they transferred me to sales representative (Nicole). Told her the price that I have from a broker and wanted her to match or get me a better price. She promised me a lower price and told me that she needs to get my info just in case my credit won't be over 800s. I told her that my credit is over 800 she didn't believe me, she still insisted to get my info. Horrible Dealer - Bait and Switch This dealer is a bait and switch dealer. They offer false promises. Buyer beware. I ended up buying my car elsewhere. I am so glad I didn't end up purchasing here.

Too long and no updates My car was in for an oil change and to repair the satellite radio. I was not updated on a regular basis. When I called and left voicemail messages, I received no response. This has happened on previous visits also. And while I was at the service center another customer asked me if I came to the service center on a regular basis. Poor Service Scheduled appointment for initial servicing on my Genesis G80 lease vehicle. Basically got an oil change, oil filter & multi point inspection. I checked in with Service Advisor Donnie Ellis at 8:30 am, informing him that I would be in the waiting room until the work was done. He informed me that I would be paged via my cellphone when vehicle was ready. Around 11:00am I checked the service area to determine if my vehicle was ready, but received no verification that it was. Just another service center pleasing their bosses... Yet another repeated problem with my Hyundai, with yet another excuse from the service department with, "sorry, we couldn't duplicate the problem", (intermittent weak brakes/brake pedal grabs lower than normal). After getting the car back, I noticed that the odometer had only 1 mile added to it. Bad safety check and used car manger The Sale person was great and finance was good and manger the 2002 Honda Civic should Never left the lot the day I bought it passenger seat belt did not work and the steering was bad pull to the right bad and the oil did not get change and the coolant was low bad customer services.

WHAT IS," TOLD," MAY NOT BE WHAT ACTUALLY BE WHAT, " IS." Purchased a new 2014, Equus from SoBayHyundai and have only taken car to this dealership for repairs. SBH service dept employed a dedicated Equus advocate, who retired more than 2 yrs ago - everything since has been contingent. Customer service and car Came in for a sonata to big got a Alantra instead better in blue the car was nice the customer service was way better than Carson I was originally going there but I had a terrible experience there so decided to try Torrance best decision .
