Where is the love for Repeat Customers See previous comments... There was no acknowledgement or offering of service/perk for being a repeat customer at South Bay. Not one mention, it seemed like it didn't matter. Wasnt expecting much, maybe a free car wash or car detail. Acknowledgement of repeat customers is key to good customer relationships and because I this, I will probably be taking future business elsewhere.
Tucson Spent way to much time at dealer. Finance person was not friendly. Sales person talked to much and either didn't know about the full amount I had to pay or lied to me about it.

Bad service This review is for the wanna-be professional Jack Kim. Do not let this man fool you with his lies and fake demeanor. We initiated or conversation by discussing how there was an issue with my catalytic converter because it had been looked at by my local auto shop. They told me this part was covered under warranty, and sure enough it was. When Jack and his mechanic looked at it they also admitted the same issues. First Car- Lease This was my first time leasing a car on my own. For a 27 year it's scary. I went to Hooman Hyundai and had the WORST experience ever, they really tried to take advantage of me. Then I got a hold of Way Roach and it was like night and day! He was the most amazing car angel!
Wow. See other commentside. Not ok. I was told my put the door contract was 23900 and now that I'm really looking at my contract, I realized your finance manager made it so all together I was paying 32000. He took advantage of a military personnel and a first time car buyer. I hope he is happy with himself. And he is now claiming things that he NEVER said and there was just me as a witness saying he never said those things. disappointing... you would think that as a returning customer the process of leasing a new vehicle would be smooth...the process was very inconvenient to say the least. the sales people were alright I guess but overall this was by far the worst dealership I have ever been to.
Sales people treated like a friend I couldn't meet the service manager because the service department was closed at the time that I purchased my car. Other than that the sales people treated me like a friend.

After shopping many other dealerships he stood out as honest, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to do business with. He knows his stuff and explains with patience. He is head and shoulders above the other sales reps we encountered at other dealerships. The teamwork at South Bay was also admirable.
