Carlos and Cecilia are great to work with. Very responsive and professional. We installed a new propane tank and they did a great job.
Recently, I had a Generac whole home generator installed with a 1k propane tank. The contractor recommended a propane company, but they never called me, emailed me or sent me a text message. This was over the course of one week with multiple attempts to contact them. I began calling other propane delivery companies. The other companies were charging more money for fuel, delivery fees, surcharge fees, hazmat fees and a $150 fee for leak detection, for my new tank. I feel like I’ve gone from hell to heaven. My former national gas company decided not to service residences like mine anymore and didn’t bother to tell me, in part because you only get to speak to people at a call center abroad. When my gas ran out after multiple calls for service, I turned to Southeast Propane. My call was answered locally, and Carlos and Cecilia were incredibly quick to help. Fantastic company - I felt compelled to log on and support a great, local company that has top notch customer service. For 6 months, I tried working with Amerigas to exchange a leaking propane tank and get it filled up. I swapped to them and in 1 week, they exchanged my tank, identified faulty gas regulators , and filled up the tank. Very fair pricing and 5 star customer service. I can’t recommend them highly enough
