I have used this outstanding company three times. I have never been disappointed. From start to finish they go out of their way to communicate and assist their customers. Excellent customer service from the moment I placed my very first call. The gentleman offering the quote arrived quickly and was so courteous and kind. Tracey, not even sure her title, went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly with attention to every detail. Prices are reasonable and the crew doing the install was so respectful and professional!! I hired Southpark carpet to take care of my business' needs. I will also be having them take care of my personal residence as well. Best service and prices!
I’ve used southpark carpet on a few different houses of mine and they always not only recommend what is best but follow through with great customer service and quality work. My last project I was on a time crunch to be able to get a place ready for my godmother that is now in a wheel chair and they came on time and did a great job. I recommend Randy and his team to everyone. I like that if they find a subfloor issue they can fix that also at the same time of insulation of the flooring
Fantastic experience from start to finish for a recent stair runner replacement. I’ve worked with Southpark Carpet on a few other projects and, just as I was with those, I was very impressed by the knowledge, promptness, and professionalism by the entire staff. They called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, and were very friendly throughout. Highly recommend these folks for any and all flooring projects.
Louis was our salesman and he was very helpful, professional and friendly. We had our laminate flooring installed a week ago and they are absolutely beautiful. The install crew was on time, hard working and professional. They did a great job. The house was clean when they left and all furniture was placed exactly as we wanted.
