Good stay. The stay was good, the only issue was the room was not ready at the 3 pm check in time and we arrives after 3 pm. We had to leave and come back. Chris at the lobby was very helpful.

We had a fabulous two night stay at the Southwest Inn at Sedona - I received a lovely welcome gift of wine with a glass, bottle opener and rock chocolates! The pool was a great way to cool off during the hot days and the views surrounding the hotel were spectacular. The staff were very kind. The breakfast on offer is very very basic - but it met our needs for the mornings. The bed was comfortable and I loved the themed rooms. Highly recommend!

Sedona is beautiful, it is a shame that the lovely views are partially spoiled by the immediate surroundings around / in front of the hotel.

Overall very good When we checked into our suite it was perfect however about 9 o’clock that evening the fire alarm went off in our room and we couldn’t get it off even by removing the battery so we went to the front desk and the gentleman that was very nice and changed our room to a regular room as they were out of sweets. He said he would we would get compensated. The next morning upon check out the woman at the desk said all the rooms were the same price even though we moved from a suite to a standard room. ... read more

Our room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and the room was decorated so nice. Loved the fireplace, enjoyed the swimming pool and the view of the mountains was nice. Good morning continental breakfast.
