Verified Renter Spectrum South End is a wonderful apartment complex located in a great area. You really cannot beat the value! The apartment complex is kept very clean and management is quick to let residents know of any maintenance that will be taking place. I feel very lucky to have gotten a spot here!

Verified Renter One of the best communities here in Charlotte, both the residents and management staff members are super friendly and they make you feel at home. It is located in Southend which is the best place if you want to live a city-kind of life. With the new updates to the building and amenities coming up, I am super excited and am looking forward to it when done.

Verified Renter Spectrum South End is in a really good location. The building is overall nice but when compared to other apartments in the neighborhood that are a few years newer it feels run down. This is not a quiet building. If you dont stay out late on Fridays and Saturdays the noise from the courtyards can be unpleasant.
