I was travelling from Australia and became very sick with a chest infection and needed antibiotics. This clinic was easy to find and I got an appointment easily. Good service staff friendly xx

Lovely and seemingly capable doctor, quick resolution of what I needed. Good experience booking appointment. Clunky and work intense app that doesn’t interact well with normal apps. It’s not reasonable that I need to go through a long row of tasks in order to set up consultation via the app.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. Although I booked a 30-minute appointment, Dr Armoogum rushed through the consultation in about 20 minutes and barely took the time to listen to my concerns. He was also extremely rude throughout the appointment, which made the experience even worse. When I asked him to complete an insurance form needed for reimbursement, he said he would do it “when he had time”—even though our appointment wasn’t yet over. My experience was fantastic. The doctor was professional and friendly poo. The doctor listened to my issue, restated it to me and diagnosed the issue. He was very thorough throughout the entire visit. In the end, he came up with a good treatment plan that was easy to follow. I would recommend this service while traveling throughout the UK.
