Had a strange electrical problem with my Jeep Patriot. After getting me a rental car and doing some serious “sleuthing” they found a connector that had not been secured properly when the car was built. It was hanging down inside the fender, getting wet, and shorting out. It was all covered by warranty. They’ve also done a good job with my current Jeep.

Service department was excellent. On a recent trip a transmission light and oil light came on. Fortunately, Sport Durst was across from hotel. Kaitlyn, our rep, was very helpful and kept me abreast of what was going on with the repair. It did take a bit of time, but it was Monday morning, but I was pleased with the work.

Jack Holt was an amazing salesman. He got us into what we wanted without hesitation, and didn't try to sale us something we didn't want. Jack was very informative and knowledgeable of the SUV we were looking for, and worked hard to make sure we drove away with the SUV the same day.
