I lived in my apartment for 3 years i loved it had no problems until property management changed, they don’t answer the phone, respond to voicemail or emails . My door decor was thrown away without my permission or anyone telling me to move it and no one is reimbursing my money . Men come in the hallway and do drugs i made a complaint and no one reached back out to me. Aside of maintenance & property management problems the apartments are nice and affordable but i had to look for a new home due to my problems not being fixed
The maintenance guy Todd is always polite and professional. He definitely goes above and beyond to make sure my request is always fulfilled!
I have been a resident at the Spring Creek Apartments for about six years. I moved from a one bedroom downstairs to a two bedroom upstairs. Although I may have my issues with certain neighbors during my years here, overall, I will continue to give Spring Creek 5 stars. I like the fact that you can treat your stay here like home. Because that's what it is. There's a lot of diversity here both in races and occupations. I l❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️This apartment even that people said the area is not safe ,the price is reasonable clean no roaches no mouses they do review every six months to check any kind of issues in my apt👍🏾. I been there for 2years without trouble sometimes just the neighbors play loud music but there’s the guy who watched over me said “”we won’t play hard because u need to rest I saw u working hard 😓 I really do appreciate that 🙌🙌”” Good management!!!! Beyond disgusted with their service. They have a new employee named Davila who told me when I first walked in that she doesn’t have a clue what she is doing. She was in fact correct. She took my application fee and ran my credit report and told me I was good to move-in to the apartment Jan 15. The manager Nikki said she would give me a call about the breed of my dog and never did. I call back a week later to see what else is needed from me and they have rented my apartment.
