Customer service is awful here. Be prepared to wait forever and leave with a headache only to have your bill messed up to have to come back and do it all over again, Yay...

The customer service at this store was excellent. My complaint has to do with the "hidden" charges to update one's phone. This is a company issue that needs to be examined closely before people take their business elsewhere. It's not funny to do all the reading, all the research, on a given deal being offered only to walk in the store, begin the transaction and find out that there are additional charges. day to day service here is bad. there's a line you wait in to handle all affairs, whether it be bill payment, account issues, or product return. with 7 employees working, i waited 20+ for the latter.
