Update: Went in today to the store which is now T-Mobile. I had made an appointment but I didn't even need to wait for it. John met my daughter and I as we walked in the door, and went to work for us immediately. He activated our phone, we had some nice friendly conversation, and we were out the door in 10 minutes. I've been coming to this location for 3 years now and I still have yet to have a bad experience. True, sometimes the corporate stores and Sprint National aren't always on the same page, however, it is apparent that these sales people do try to stay on top of what is going on. I have purchased several phones from here and have adjusted my plan numerous times. I never felt once that I was being mislead or lied too and have always been comfortable in my choices after the fact. My only complaint is that Sprint has moved the repa... read more

I spent two plus hours in the store initially to try and get a hotspot setup. I was told I could bring it back for a full refund if it wouldn't work in my location. Returned the following day because in fact it did not work in my location. I spent a little more than an hour including wait time to unwind the deal. I returned a third time about a week later to complain about a billing for $4 that I received in the mail. Hands down best sprint store I have been to. The manager Nathan, as well as the associate Caleb, I believe it was, were more than helpful. They went above and beyond to help my family and I with our dillema and walked out with 2 phones that were perfect for us and saved us a bit of money too. Wont be going to any other location for my sprint business besides Nathans store. Thank you gentleman and thank you Sprint for hiring these wonderful people.

So this afternoon I had to go and get my phone fixed or replaced at the Fairway Drive location. They ended up having to send my phone out to be repaired so I was given a loaner phone. After a few minutes the sales person gave me the loaner and said i was good to go. Got to my car connected the bluetooth and everything seemed fine. It wasn't until about 2 hours later that I realized that he did not activate the phone all the way, no phone calls in or out or text messages.
