Make sure that Samatha isn’t the one “helping” you. She is determined to make the customer wrong. When I told her that I was in a hurry, she told me to come back later despite the fact that there were three employees and I was the only customer. Spent 3 hours there and watch we are paying for still doesn't work how it should. Travis is great he spent 3 hours with 3 different people and still didn't get it fixed. Imagine if it is just a customer. Good customer service, but tech support is almost bad enough to bring down to 1 star.

Worst of all T-Mobile locations. Employees go out of their way to make you wait and be rude about it. This location destroys the good will of the T-Mobile Tuesday benefit. The Greeter will only address the person at the head of the line and won’t even acknowledge you until that customer has waited for 10 minutes and been seated with the next assistant. I had Sprint for many years and I always had very good signal. But with T-mobile it's the complete opposite, more often than not I either don't have signal or have terrible signal, and my calls are always dropping. And don't even get me started on their customer service at this store, it will always end in a bad experience.

Want to give a shout out to Grevys for providing an amazing customer experience. After a mix up during the sign up process, he went above and beyond to ensure I got signed up for the right plan despite having to navigate some unnecessary procedures with phone CSRs.
