I used to have a very positive experience here, but in recent years it became harder to book appointments due to reduced hours. In my recent visits, the office also no longer completed insurance pre-determinations in advance, which previously helped me avoid unexpected costs. In my experience, for several services, the fees I was charged were above the Alberta Dental Fee Guide. After moving to Canada, I spent almost a year looking for a new orthodontist, as I was not able to continue my treatment with the doctor I originally started with. Back in September, I had to cancel my dental appt. as i had been diagnosed with a viral infection, which turned out to be Covid.... I called the clinic to cancel, giving 26 hours notice - when the front desk person said "oh Colleen, could you give us more notice so someone can fill your spot?" !!!!!! I been going to Doctor Kolen for 23 years he’s been there good and bad tough times not only professionally but he deals with my anxiety he’s an amazing dentist and the staff as well Kate is great 👍 Doctor Kolen we love you Spyhill Dental well done thank you for being patient with me always ❤️ and helping me out he’s always saved me in difficult I appreciate my dentist he’s the best thank you.
