After moving to Canada, I spent almost a year looking for a new orthodontist, as I was not able to continue my treatment with the doctor I originally started with. Back in September, I had to cancel my dental appt. as i had been diagnosed with a viral infection, which turned out to be Covid.... I called the clinic to cancel, giving 26 hours notice - when the front desk person said "oh Colleen, could you give us more notice so someone can fill your spot?" !!!!!! So sad to have to write this, We were clients at spy hill for a few years until his assistant traumatized my son giving him needles for a filling that never needed freezing in the first place(as told form the specialist they referred us to after his assistant had my son screaming in the room). Recently all 5 of the fillings Spy Hill filled on my husband and 2 of mine have cracked and fallen out in a result of us having to find a new dentist to get them refilled. I been going to Doctor Kolen for 23 years he’s been there good and bad tough times not only professionally but he deals with my anxiety he’s an amazing dentist and the staff as well Kate is great 👍 Doctor Kolen we love you Spyhill Dental well done thank you for being patient with me always ❤️ and helping me out he’s always saved me in difficult I appreciate my dentist he’s the best thank you.
