After moving to Canada, I spent almost a year looking for a new orthodontist, as I was not able to continue my treatment with the doctor I originally started with. Back in September, I had to cancel my dental appt. as i had been diagnosed with a viral infection, which turned out to be Covid.... I called the clinic to cancel, giving 26 hours notice - when the front desk person said "oh Colleen, could you give us more notice so someone can fill your spot?" !!!!!! So sad to have to write this, We were clients at spy hill for a few years until his assistant traumatized my son giving him needles for a filling that never needed freezing in the first place(as told form the specialist they referred us to after his assistant had my son screaming in the room). Recently all 5 of the fillings Spy Hill filled on my husband and 2 of mine have cracked and fallen out in a result of us having to find a new dentist to get them refilled. I have had the pleasure of being a client for years . I adore all of the hygienists that I have worked with , they all take the time to educate you on your dental health and ensure you feel comfortable in every appointment . The administrative staff always greet me with a smile and are incredibly welcoming , they keep me on top of my appointments and are very accommodating . Dr. Kolen is great !
