Started having an issue with an appliance, both SquareTrade and myself struggled to find a repairman for the job. So they refunded my purchase price.
I was treated kindly and efficiently. I was given all of the information needed to return the device for repair. I was notified of each step the device was entering and the time frame of each step. When notified that the device was fixed and shipped back to me it was one week. My device looked new and works great.
Allstate/ Square Trade is the best protection money can buy no matter how much your item may cost the monetary amounts to cover or insure your items are not bad or too expensive at all and when life happens and things break or get damaged as long as it's within the warranty or insurance standards you are covered and there is no hassle when it comes to replacement or refund I'm very satisfied with Allstate Protection and Square Trade!!
While I was able to redeem the warranty it had three unnecessary roadblocks. The phone representative was unable to help the first call so there was a long wait time there. The second was resending the picture kept failing and the third was the chat rep who couldn't help.
The rebuilt item we purchased failed in less than 60 days. Allstate had us ship it to them for repair. When it not possible to repair, we had a credit to our account in days. Great service!
This thing fails repeatedly at my house, but your team gets it straightened out . Fast and accurate.
