Just had my A/C serviced and charged and I would like to compliment Doug the technician who was not only on time but was very professional, knowledgeable and a very nice person. Good customer service, installed part right away, friendly customer phone conversation, good timely call back response
WE are very pleased with our new AC unit . The heat is working wonderful so far ,. We have not used the AC yet since it is very cold outside so that hopefully will also work well when the time comes. The technicians stayed until 9:30 PM to finish a rather difficult installation. which impressed us very much. I would recommend them .
