Everything was done right from beginning to end. The lead installer a young man by the name of Eric explained at the very beginning what he and his partner were going to do. They did everything in a nice neat and professional manner and left the worksite clean and neat when they done. When the city inspector came he was here for maybe five minutes and said everything looks great everything is to code. We’re very pleased with the entire experience.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received in my recent purchase and installation of a mini split a/c. Noah, Amanda and Eric were all helpful and easy to work with.
We’re very satisfied with the new air and heating system just installed. From the start, Amanda is always so nice and helpful. We’ve had Quality Air for our 6 month maintenance and repairs, for years now and it was finally time for new units. The installers were polite, knowledgeable and hard working and everything is running great.
Every step of the way this company was proefessional and polite. Amanda in the office is wonderful and pleasant to deal with. I couldn’t be more pleased.

We had our a/c system replaced three weeks ago and we couldn't be any happier with the job performed by Star Quality. Eric and Jesse arrived on time and finished on schedule. They were very courteous and did a very professional and neat job. At the office, Amanda is extremely nice and welcoming and the price we got from Noah was very affordable. We are glad we found Star Quality and won't look anywhere else for our air conditioning needs. Thank you so much for a great job and outstanding customer service.
