I just received a response from Arielle Profit in regards to due dates of POA assessments and the correct address to mail payments. She was very quick to reply to my inquiry and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. Thank you, ASI and Arielle, for all that you do to manage our Cedar Point subdivision. You don't receive the appreciation you deserve!
I've had an opportunity to have a talk with Juan Cruz with sterling. I had an issue about my HOA fees and Juan took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
I continue to be impressed at the amazing service and professionalism from Sterling ASI. They are the HOA which manages AMIRA Community. I was very much satisfied with Richard the young man I talked to regarding my concerns.
I recently had an issue with my HOA fees and I contacted Sterling and Juan Cruz was amazing and helped me with my problems. He was very professional and kind. He knew what to do and got the job done. I've already contacted him several other times before this about questions about the community and he's always been able to help me.

America Yuncker has been very helpful with my applications for yard improvements. Getting forms that I needed, and other information that was needed by the ACC. Also with trying to fix violations in the community. We have paid a lot to live in a nice community, she helped to keep it that way.
I recently rented the Club House at Lakes of Bella Terra for a "Celebration of Life" event. Everything went smoothly thanks to Nubia Hernandez who was always available when I had questions and very polite and professional. All of the guests were also impressed with the facility which I would definitely recommend to anyone!
