The whole staff was very helpful and understanding! Maricela at the front desk was very professional and answered our questions to the best of her knowledge! We are very thankful for their informative way of helping us out with our problems. I am very satisfied!

dishonest managers
Dishonest manager, terrible experience. I am a resident of a community that Sterling manages. Last Sunday night, I entered the community's parking lot driving a new car I just bought a week ago. I scanned the fob and while I was driving through, the iron bar came down and scrape the top of my car. The paint marks could be wiped off but there are 7-8 small dents. Very knowledgeable on dealing with homeowner association matter...I recommend highly to other homeowner association directors - Becky Salinas goes the extra miles to take care of situation including holidays and Saturday and Sunday....when the neighborhood "entrance/exit gate" broke down on Sunday morning....she is already on top of this matter.
