During the summer of 2024, we commenced on a project to completely renovate our main bathroom. While it was only a bathroom, it was a big deal. We worked with The Design Store personnel to help us choose cabinetry, tiles, flooring and anything else needed for this project. It can be a daunting task, but they helped immensely. I worked with Ashlyn to choose new custom furniture for my living room. It was a pleasant, easy process from start to finish. Ashlyn had wonderful ideas and she and her support staff were great in keeping me informed on the progress of my order. The Design Store is a great resource in Bemidji with a professional team and quality products.

We hired Alicia to help us fully furnish our lake house. Alicia was amazing to work with and was so flexible with her time. She put in the time up front and listened to what we wanted and shifted design plans appropriately to flex to our desires. My husband and I had different views and she managed to blend both so we ended up with a beautifully furnished/designed house. Can’t wait to have her help us with our outdoor space. We purchased bedroom carpet from the Design Store. Everything fell into place nicely. Communications with Ashlyn were answered promptly & expertly. We especially appreciated that the furniture removal & put back process was done by the carpet layers. Since we're older this helped immensely. Overall, a positive experience.

We are in the early stages of designing the interior of our custom home with Alicia. Although we are from MN, we are living in TX for work and are having to tackle this exciting but daunting task from 1300 miles away. When we met with Alicia, she was great at stepping us through each type of flooring and the quality differences.
