Great food
This restaurant had great service and the food was also quite delicious! I loved that the fish in my fish burger was thick and not a thin slice of fish that is often served with fish
sandwiches at most places. Not a cheap place but definitely not overpriced either! Only thing I didn’t like was how low the lighting was in the booth. more »

The Cheese Curds are still Awesome
I had to make a quick stop back to Stillwaters Tavern to make sure my first visit last year wasn't a fluke. Thankfully I wasn't disappointed.
ate light and only had the fried cheese curds (Still yummy), but my son just had to have the Ramen and he was impressed and he eats enough Ramen to be an expert.
As usual a great selection of local craft beers on tap. We walked from our hotel - but I know from experience - parking in downtown St. Pete is always and adventure - so walk, jog, or UBER and be safe.

First visit to city & very impressed. Forgot credit card sdo hassle parking. Va let parking at restuarants so if you know in advance where you're going you can get a deal.
ice from Brandon very good . Food tasty & very reasonable. Sat outside & it was goodie to people watch. On way to toilets inside - booths looked cool. Toilets clean.
Totally impressed - well worth a visit

Delicious Menu & Great Location
Beach Dr is my favorite part of St. Pete, and I adored the atmosphere of the restaurant. The shrimp & grits is a great menu option! I highly recommend.

Stopped off for wine and snacks after an afternoon concert at the Museum of fine Arts across the street. Being a solo customer I found a seat for one at the very busy bar. Very attentive staff had a menu and a glass of Merlot out to me real quick. They have a good selection of single pour wines and bottles if you choose. Friendly guests made for welcome conversation. I'd be happy to return with friends. more »

Most Consistent Value on Beach Drive St Pete STILL just awesome. Great food, drink and bartenders. Recommend sitting at the bar for all visits!! Always a special experience!!! O
ne of the managers, Cynthia Batista is an expert on "high gravity" beers and will take care of all your problems. The Fried Chicken Salad is my "goto". More food than you need. The "fish" sandwiches (today was Mahi Mahi) are superb...but to be honest...a small serving for the price. So make sure you order it equals out to a great meal for all...!!! For craft beer enthusiasts...the Debary Brown Ale is superb...low ABV with the taste of an American Strong!! more »

First time VERY positive experience
Thank goodness I was not driving. If you like stouts, and I do, I began lunch with an incredible breakfast stout that entered the palate with a hint of coffee
and closed in a taste of mocha with slight sweetness as an after taste what seemed to be a 9% APV. Wawa wewa was it tasty. Well tasty enough that I had three sifters of this incredible libation slowly appreciated as if it were a sherry in a 2 hour family gathering. During this moment of sipping enjoyment I also ate.
We began with three very tasty appetizer dishes of falafel morsels, charcuterie and an incredible beer cheese fondue. As well, servers placed small bags of popcorn dusted with a home blend of spices but salty enough for me to elicit a hypertensive crisis. I took the time to taste the incredible dishes around me ordered by my family members. Yes they were very flavorful; the poutine, the fish-n-chips, shrimp-n-grits, the short rib burger and the salmon pastrami Reuben sandwich. Can you say CREATIVE or what. Never had such an incredible lunch. I had a salad topped with large chunks of slightly smoked salmon and a smidgen of vinaigrette dressing. The only let down was the quasi Cuban sandwich with cole slaw sacrilege and Gruyere rather than Swiss cheese. Sorry guys but you may be creative with Reuben but leave the Cuban as it was created to be. Like the organ grinder said "you may touch the chain, but dare not touch the monkey".
Certainly this an eatery you want to visit and experiment with their incredible array of food and beer. Can't wait to get to St. Pete again.

American (New)
Today 11:30 am - 10:00 pm

Executive Chef Jeffrey Jew and Director of Operations Thomas Sanborn have created a Modern American Tavern, where classic American dishes blend harmoniously with old world flavors. The menu highlights items from both land and sea, with a focus on bringing unique flavors from the kitchen to your table. We look to our exceptional collaboration with local artisans, farmers and foragers to serve the best seasonal and locally produced dairy, vegetables, grains, seafood and shellfish.
We understand that at the heart of any tavern is its beer selection. With 20 beers (many regionally crafted), 4 wines, and 2 cocktails on tap, along with an extensive wine and cocktail list, Stillwaters Tavern certainly lives up to its name.
Ideally located on Beach Drive with access to waterfront views, Stillwaters Tavern invites you to partake in the lighthearted ambiance as we deliver some of the most creative food being served in Tampa Bay.
Established in 2015.
Stillwaters Tavern is the second restaurant for 2BHospitality, whose other restaurant is BellaBrava. Created with Celebrity Chef Jeffrey Jew, Stillwaters Tavern evokes the sea and travels around the world, bringing flavors from many lands to modern American tavern food.
