Absolutely loved this place. Went here last night for my first time and had Pina coladas and the poutine. Both were amazing. Our server, Tan, was wonderful. He had great suggestions and was happy and upbeat. I will be back here again and again. more »

Amazing brunch. I had the bottomless mimosas and huevos rancheros. Great service. Our serve Brianna went above and beyond, keeping our drinks fresh and checking in frequently. She really made our day! more »

This was our second time. It was our aniversary dinner. The only reasons im rateing this a 3 is because our waitress was nice and our first visit was great. Lets start with the chowder. Our fist visit ,we loved it. It was great. One of the reasons we wanted to go back, this time however it was AWFUL we thought maybe they gave us chicken and dumplings. We were told no after our waitress went to check. I couldnt finish it. Took 2 bites. She was nice enough to go back and bring me a manhatten version which was ok, but i wanted that new england that we loved. Now came the food. My burger was tastey, cooked perfect. Was suposed to have thousand island dressing and didnt have it but it was a good burger. Fries were good. My wife got the falafel burger (we love falafel and she doesnt eat meat) it wasnt very good (yes i tried it) not even the homemade bbq sauce that was suggested by our waitress and was forgot about until a few mins after our meals were delivered and we had to remind our waitress of, not even the sauce could save it. My wife liked the sweet tea. The waitstaff for the most part (except our waitress, forgot her name) are not that friendly. Almost got run into a few times and they looked at me like i should be the one to move out of their way. Atmosphere is ok. I like the lighting. All in all not happy with our visit. Really bummed we feel we wasted our aniversary dinner. We might give it another shot because of our first visit but if this was our fist we wouldnt. Hope it was just a bad night more »

Hi Matt, Please accept our apologies. Certainly seems that we missed the mark on several levels during your visit. We will discuss your observations as a team and make the necessary adjustments to correct them. We hope you can forgive us for our mistakes, we will work diligently to be sure we do not repeat them. We look forward to seeing you in the near future.

Mac & Cheese ~ Shrimp & Grits ~ cold IPAs with kale & artichoke dip... just a relaxing walk down Beach Drive and we just could resist the outdoor seating and great looking menu. Great service ~ unique mixed drinks ~ and tasty IPAs. A most enjoyable evening before it got to terribly busy. more »

Had an outdoor table while visiting St. Petersburg and a few museums in the area. The location was very nice and good weather makes for an enjoyable experience at the outdoor tables. However our party of 4 all found the food to be average at best. Service was ok. Better choices nearby. more »

Second experience here at Stillwater Tavern and as I was expecting, they don't disappoint. I ordered the Bao Buns and Tavern Steak. Both were incredible. I ordered pork Bao Buns at the recommendation of my waitress - I can only describe them as glorious fluffy pita tacos, they were amazing. The steak was a little more chewy than I'm used too for medium rare, but dang was it good. The pairing with the sauce, mushrooms, carrots and mash were delicious. Service impeccable as per last visit. The service here is always fantastic and delightful. Always a win-win-win at Stillwater Tavern. more »

Specialties
Executive Chef Jeffrey Jew and Director of Operations Thomas Sanborn have created a Modern American Tavern, where classic American dishes blend harmoniously with old world flavors. The menu highlights items from both land and sea, with a focus on bringing unique flavors from the kitchen to your table. We look to our exceptional collaboration with local artisans, farmers and foragers to serve the best seasonal and locally produced dairy, vegetables, grains, seafood and shellfish.
We understand that at the heart of any tavern is its beer selection. With 20 beers (many regionally crafted), 4 wines, and 2 cocktails on tap, along with an extensive wine and cocktail list, Stillwaters Tavern certainly lives up to its name.
Ideally located on Beach Drive with access to waterfront views, Stillwaters Tavern invites you to partake in the lighthearted ambiance as we deliver some of the most creative food being served in Tampa Bay.
History
Established in 2015.
Stillwaters Tavern is the second restaurant for 2BHospitality, whose other restaurant is BellaBrava. Created with Celebrity Chef Jeffrey Jew, Stillwaters Tavern evokes the sea and travels around the world, bringing flavors from many lands to modern American tavern food.
