Very nice and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone. Brooke was a sweetheart and Heather was sweet on the phone when I set up my time to come in and rent my unit. They treat you like family!
Heather was amazing! She explain everything well and was quick to answer any questions I had! The unit was clean, and easy to access and it was the perfect size!
Brooke was awesome in assisting me in getting a unit on short notice. Everybody else helped and took care of my needs when I asked. An excellent team at in West Michigan Ave and Spring Arbor area.
Brooke, c/o Spring Arbor was perfectly helpful and very positive. Thank you!
It was a quick seamless process to get the storage unit set up over the phone. There was an issue but the local manager called me herself to straighten it out. She was friendly and professional as was the phone agent that set us up with the storage unit.
