We can't get into our unit in the building - maintenance called... he arrived and can't get into the building either. We have to wait until a locksmith comes tomorrow. We drove over an hour to access our belongings. Unacceptable...seriously- awful service. They charge way too much for this. Don't recommend !!!

When I moved into this place it was Roll up Storage and my very first conversation with the manager was with the rudest women I have ever talked to in my life, who later apologized for her behavior. The unit was nasty when we moved in, and now that I am moving out due to their stupidly changing rules. I found a great storage facility for the exact same size 24 hour access and $60 cheaper and was clean and great people to work with. Storage Sense is no longer allowing you to have 24 hour access to your unit! That is totally unacceptable I pay them to much money for them to tell me when I can have access to my things. They act like they are some fancy storage facility when they are just your run of the mill storage units. It is going to be a pain in the ass to move but there are 98% of storage units out there that do not limit your access to your things and have much better pricing and just as nice units. These new people are a joke.
