She explained everything very thoroughly and went step-by-step through the whole process and if I had any questions which I did, she explained them perfectly and on point so I can understand and I can move forward with her in this whole process. I’m very thankful for help and some guidance as well.
I was very nervous and wanted a lot of information regarding who and what I was paying, I was very skeptical about giving my card number. Max was very patient with me. Then he transferred me to Brittany who was also very helpful in calming me down They were both patient with me.
I am also in hospitality, and we get ups and down but with Brittany she was amazing and very professional and loud clear and polite she should get best rating.
