We purchased flooring from the Port Townsend branch this time last year and although we are very pleased with the flooring itself, the installer Strait Flooring provided to do the job left us rather aghast and frustrated. Our job was a sizable one and he bid it to take three weeks. 5 and 1/2 months later, the job still was not done yet he continued to take other jobs and often times would not show up as scheduled.
