I brought my car here just to see what it’s like and had them check my tires and fluids. I work in a shop too and was checking this place out during my visit in town. One of the technicians claimed my coolant was extremely low at the bottom and filled the reservoir all the way to the top way past the max line? They also didn’t ask what I wanted my tires set to and didn’t go off the sticker in the door for what the vehicle calls for. Not bad but need more experienced professional people if they’re touching customers cars.
I've taken my car to this particular location for some years and my most recent oil change just a few days ago, went very well. The gentleman were very kind and informative of the updates with my vehicle. I had a great first experience with Strickland Brothers. It was quick, efficient, and friendly. Didn’t try to up charge me on anything (I got a regular oil change not synthetic). It was affordable. Will recommend!
Absolutely amazing service! Austin and his crew were super polite and did the best job changing my cars oil! This time around I happened to have my two pups in the car and the workers were still very helpful and completely comfortable! I will definitely recommended this place and will be back again! If you want to get your oil change done quick and clean, this is the place to go. You just stay in the car and they get everything done in no time. They do refill your washer liquid. They use valvoline oil and I like it. Pleased with my experience in SW Fort Wayne center.
