Water stone mortgage is the best mortgage company that I worked. I am investor, my loan is almost impossible I waste lots of time with other lender. But Sue and team worked very hard and help us out to not to loose my EMD amount. Really appreciate help from Sue and team.

I was purchasing a Destin, FL condo -- from Colorado. I knew nothing about FL lending, who to call, etc. My realtor suggested Sue and called her "The Condo Queen." He was not kidding. I was recommended to Sue from Waterstone Mortgage. I was going through an awful experience with another lender and almost lost the contract on the home. Sue came was very helpful and patient during the process. There was a lot to transfer over and a very short time to do it in. She explained everything to me and was available whenever I had a question or concern. She is by far the best and I could not have found a better lending agent than her!!! Sue was incredible from the start. She gave us the best rate and hardly anybody tried to compete. Or property was not a traditional arrangement and a lot of HOA considerations and she navigate thru those without a an issue. We closed in 30 days and still everything was ready days before our closing date. She what and when things were needed. Any issues we resolved with all parties without it involvement. We are out of state and communication was great at any time of the days. She was totally dedicated to our loan.
