A big thanks to Marty for suggesting replacement flooring in our home after a flood. We needed to choose complimentary wood that would match existing wood trim and cupboards. Our basement flooded after the last storm and we were not covered by insurance because the water didn't come up the floor drain. We went in to Summit & picked tile and carpet & someone came to give us an estimate a week later. Rich M. said he'd call us in the next day or so. A week later, no call, so I contacted the store in the morning & was told Rich would call me back in the afternoon. Excellent service from the moment I walked into the store until the installation men left my house. Staff was friendly, lots of selection in store and the install was quick. I also greatly appreciated how clean my house was left! Highly recommend!!
