I called in looking for information on a previous loan I had with Sunwest. Miracle took my call and from start to finish she made every attempt to help me get the answers and documentation I needed. Not once did she try to redirect my call, but instead went to work on her own, investigating with other departments and called me the next day with exactly what I needed. She was genuine and truly kind and wanted to help even though she didn't have to. Sunwest, if you're reading this, she is a keeper and please do all you can to never let her go! Thank you Miracle!
