If you are looking for a mortgage experience with a lender who is knowledgeable, resourceful and communicative then Terri Mack is who you need to do business with. I originally started the refinance process with my then current mortgage company. They made me feel less than a number. I was referred to Terri who treated me with compassion and understanding. I had an unusual condition in my refinance and Terri researched what need to be done and gave me options. She cares more about your benefiting in a mortgage situation than making the commission. In the end I went with Terri and would do it again. She is a professional through and through. Loren Levine
