Our original mortgage loan was with SunWest and I couldn’t be any happier. Customer service always is readily available to address any inquiry. A recent phone conversation with customer service rep.,Miracle stands out. Miracle went above and beyond to address my escrow account related questions and more. It’s not too often you find a lender that doesn’t treat you like a “ping-pong ball” transferring your call from one dept. to another. As a previous new home owner I couldn’t have been any happier to have had my first mortgage with Sun West.
