What can I say about Sun West Mortgage Co? They’re family. I don’t mean that in a cheesy or arbitrary way. They cared for my family like we were a part of theirs. They warmly welcomed us, consistently made sure we understood every step of the process, and went above and beyond. They had the upmost integrity and respect towards us, and based on email time stamps, we knew they were working night and day for our family to get our dream home. We felt like we mattered and are so appreciative of them and their efforts. We highly recommend you consider them for your home ownership journey too.

I had my house refinance 2//21 my loan officer was Cynthia Miller she was great 👍🏿 good team honest and dependable if you looking for a purchased or refinance I highly recommend

After a bunch of calls to the company and not necessarily getting accurate responses or returned calls as promised, we finally were connected to Judy! When a company has an outstanding employee they really need to know and I will say that Judy is an outstanding employee. She was very pleasant to talk with and knowledgeable. She even called us back to provide us with information she looked into and we were pleasantly surprised by it. She went above and beyond to help us and I’ve found that to be very rare these days.
On a side note...Sunwest really needs to come up with a better solution to help the people coming out of forbearance. A lump sum when people haven’t been working for months to a year is pretty unrealistic!

Armik he contacted me regarding a refinance request that I had submitted to my mortgage company. From the beginning, he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I also corresponded with his assistant Glenisha, who was also professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They both answered any questions I had within moments of me sending the email. They made this process extremely easy and I highly recommend reaching out to them if you are trying to obtain a new home loan or a refinanced home loan through SunWest Mortgage.

I was assisted today by Mrs. Miracle and she did an outstanding job! She is a real and true professional who knows her job and does it very well! I was frustrated due to hours of trying to contact customer service via telephone, but when I finally got through and miracle picked up, my frustrations were over. She completely took the "bull by the horns" and got at me through the entire process dealing with a transfer of escrow and insurance from my previous lender to Sun West. I am truly appreciative of her kind and gentle methods of assisting a frustrated individual to make it through and get the information I needed.

Whether you have a clean loan or one with a few speed bumps Sun West is the place to go. You will find such people as Suresh Choudhary my AE, who goes over and beyond on a daily basis and without and fuss. He goes to bat and gets the job done. Underwriters like John Moore, you will find a jewel who works tirelessly to get the job done... What can I say, dont want to share these treasures but it has to be said, I would feel guilty if I didn't share and keep them all to my self...lol .
The closing Team, the funding Team, Our beloved Efrain there is no corner each one these guys wont go to bat for you...Hands down, I recommend this company because of those whom they hire!!! Thanks so much Sunwest for hiring the right people at the right time!!
