Nathan was referred to me by my realtor after I had already qualified for a loan at Wells Fargo. He was able to lower my closing costs and my interest rate. He was very attentive to any questions we had and made this stressful process very quick and smooth. Do not hesitate to work with Nathan. He can get the job done. I enjoyed working with Jacob as he did a great job with my loan. He worked hard to get me the best deal, followed through, and if he didnt know the answers to my questions he made sure that the appropriate person woulf get back to me.

Mr. Jacob Franich made my refinance very stress free. He was able to help me when ever there was a problem and get it corrected in a short time. I would recommend Mr. Jacob to anyone as he was very good at getting my loan done quickly. He will even follow through after the loan has been completed to make sure you don't have any further problems. He will answer any questions you might have in a timely manor.

I called Jacob to help me with my refinance. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from the start. He works very fast and the rate and speed of the loan completion exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend him for any of your home loans.

Our experience was wonderful .Jacob is very polite and knowledable in the real estate profession. Any and all our questions or concerns were answered immediatly asll phone calls were answerwed or returned quickly. I think he went above and beyond to help us sevure our refi. Tiffany Davis did a great job in handling out loan. She worked hard to close our within our closing deadline and help us move into our new home that we just love, Tiffany keep informed of any additional information the lender needed to close our loan. She is a great person to work with.
