After losing my job, I contacted Sun West Mortgage to see what options were available to me to keep me in my home. It is important to note that I am NOT behind in my mortgage and I wanted to keep it that way, so I reached out to Sun West FIRST before I got into a situation that would have been much harder to resolve. After a false start with one of their employees, I ended up speaking with another person a few days later, and WOW, what a difference! That lady's name was Miracle and together we worked out some things that will ultimately keep me in my house with very little to no impact on my credit. That is HUGE!!! She also kept her word and called me the following day after our first conversation and took the initiative to contact her supervisor about my first contact with the other employee. I spoke to Suzanne who was Miracle's supervisor and she apologized profusely about the first guy I spoke to. Everyone has a bad day once in a while. I had a bad day when I lost my job and had to start calling creditors to find out what my options were. People like Miracle and Suzanne at Sun West Mortgage were consummate professionals and made me feel a LOT better about the situation I am in, both through the options presented and taking an almost personal interest in my mortgage. As to the first guy I spoke to? Well... maybe he was having one of "those days". So, the bottom line is this: If you find yourself in a situation were you can't make, or have missed a payment or two, you will get a LOT farther if you reach out to whomever you are having issues with FIRST. Let them know whats happening and they will more than likely be happy to help you. Sun West Mortgage is one of those creditors, especially with the likes of Miracle and Suzanne working there.

She was very knoeledgeable and she worked very hard to handle my situation, which wasn't straightforward as my credit score was lower than average, i had little money for closing costs and down-payment, and several other difficult hurdles. Ami and her team did an amazing job for me.

I can not overemphasize the step by step guidance and support I got from him and his group throughout the home buying process. He took the time to work me through every questions and concerns I had.
